Tao of the Master He walks softly but leaves deep footprints. His voice is soft, but will penetrate the hardest heart. His sword is true because his mind is free. He acquires wisdom with patience, and understanding through flexibility. His ego is his friend not his guide. His bountiful chi polarizes his yin and yang. He gains his respect By first giving it. He is the Master of his mind, but not mastered by it. His spirit is the electricity of his mind, and his hands are the manifestation of his Yi. He has had a spiritual experience, and now seeks the human experience. He knows reality is his perception, and his perception is his reality. He knows nature is a circle of which the center is everywhere, and the perimeter is nowhere. His intellect tells him that he is. His spirit knows he always will be. He knows those that are always will be. and those that aren’t’ never were. He desires not to judge. In this he is at peace. He measures success by the quality of effort, not by the outcome of it. He is the Master of his art, but not mastered by it. His sensitivity will bring him loneliness, but his status keeps it secret. His past is history, his future a mystery, and the present is a gift he graciously accepts. The evolution of his consciousness is the result of quantum experiences. He sees life as it is not what he would like it to be. His life is not linear but circular. Therefore he is forever young. |
